Our company was established in 1999 as Nitsuko Electronics Co., Ltd., when the electronic components business of Nitsuko Co., Ltd., which had been in operation for over 80 years, was spun off and made independent. Our company has achieved a consistent system from development to manufacturing and sales. By accelerating product development and strengthening cost competitiveness, we aim to provide products that will further satisfy our customers in Japan and overseas.

Our History
1969Shin-Etsu Nitsuko was established merged with Nittoku Denki Co., Ltd.
1977We started selling resin-coating metallized film capacitors “MDD”.
1999Company name changed to Nitsuko Electronics Corporation.
Established new company “Nitsko Electronics Corporation”
At that time, we integrated the Electronic component business of Nitsuko Corporation.
We started selling hybrid IC/DC DC converter.
Obtained ISO 14001 certification (registration No. JQA EM 0614).
2001Walsin Technology Corporation became a main shareholder.
2004Obtained ISO 9001 certification (registration No. JQA QMA11708).
2005We have switched all our products to RoHS compliance.
2006We have discontinued hybrid IC/DC DC converter business.
2007Walsin Technology Corporation transfers shares to Kamaya Electric Co., Ltd.
2008We have started supporting halogen-free products.
2009We have started supporting needle frames products.
2016Yamato Sales Office opened (Yamato City, Kanagawa).
2021Obtained IATF 16949 certification (registration No. JQA AU0413).
